ESNcard is a proof of membership in Erasmus Student Network, either for Exchange students or for active ESN members. ESN Cards are distributed at the beginning of each semester for newcoming exchange students but by the time you get your own ESN Card, it is valid for 12 months, in ESN countries all around Europe.

How can I get my ESN Card?

ESN Card card will let you use several discounts in all the countries where the ESN network is present. It means that even if you finish your Erasmus, you can use ESN Card in your country and city, if you have an ESN Section there.

Discounts are provided by ESNcard partners, they are giving various benefits to card holders. Depending on each ESN Section, you can get various discounts in restaurants, fast-foods, pizza deliveries, copy services, beauty salons, taxi, and of course, pubs and clubs.

Last but not least, if you have an ESN Card, you can get lower prices for ESN events, like parties, trips, tournaments or games.

What fields does ESNcard contain?

It consists of several fields; all must be filled in in the process of issuing the card:

• PHOTO FIELD (for a photograph of the card holder; with a photo size of 2.7 cm x 3.7 cm )
• NAME (for name and surname of the card holder)
• NATIONALITY
• DATE OF BIRTH
• HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTION NAME
• ESN SECTION (either the issuing section or home section of the card holder)
• COUNTRY (home country of the card holder)
• VALIDITY (it's valid for 12 months since the date on the card)
• CARD NUMBER (unique number of each card)
• BAR CODE AND MAGNETIC BAR
